I was fortunate to have a German with me as I'm not sure if everyone speaks English (perhaps they do, just not sure). Customs was the most challenging so be sure to have paperwork regarding your residence permit, visa/stamp for extended time period (i.e. work contract, etc.) and if you're renting proof that your landlord/accomodations allows you to have pets. We had all these and had no problems, but they did have quite a few questions for us. Good luck. Hope it goes well. Hopefully your kitties will adjust quickly. Mine didn't seem to have jetlag at all.Expat in Germanyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15743639313200541303noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5585753063099230546.post-15594281636233460602010-08-12T09:24:18.225-07:002010-08-12T09:24:18.225-07:00What was it like in Frankfurt with the kitties, if...What was it like in Frankfurt with the kitties, if you don't mind me asking. I'm leaving with my 3 kitties for Germany in about 2 weeks and am wondering what happens when I get there. You're kitties are adorable btw!Zulegershttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16722129481345998008noreply@blogger.com
